【Oi-SKALL MATES 】
1996年頃に日本のThe SKA FLAMES やイギリスのBAD MANNERSを愛するメンバーにより結成されたPUNK/SKA BAND。

音楽はもちろん、エンターテイメント性も充分感じさせるLiveは「おじさん、おばさん～子供達」まで幅広く浸透中。過去の対バンも意外なバンドとの共演が多く、型にはまってないところからもバンドのフリーダムな姿勢がうかがえる。

これまでに5枚のフルアルバム（ミニアルバムの2枚組含む）、7インチレコード、スプリット盤のリリースやコンピレーション作品など多数リリース。

結成～現在まで″結婚式の2次会″～″全国/世界のライブハウス″～″フェスティバル″～ ″海外ツアー(アメリカ、メキシコ、韓国)″まで、普通に活動中!

Oi-SKALL MATES, who will celebrate their 30th anniversary next year, are back with their first release in two years from their own label Watax—and once again, it’s a single!

“Weak People Fuckin‘ PC Place” is a mid-tempo punky tune that’s been teased little by little for over 15 years, calling out and ridiculing those who take pleasure in online slander, just as the title suggests.

Also included is a funky, early reggae-style organ instrumental track titled “SNS Idiots.”

Oi-SKALL MATES is a ska band formed in 1996 by the members who love “The Ska Flames” from Japan and “Bad Manners” from UK.

Their ability to play good music as well as entertain people in live, which is vital to ska music, have been getting popular among children to adults. They have been played with various bands in the past which showing they are not only limited as a ska band but more over that genre of music.

They have been released 5 albums (including 2 mini albums), 7 inch record, splits, compilation and so on. Since the first day they formed the band to the present, they have been playing at wedding after party, nation and worldwide live houses, festivals, touring abroad (US, Mexico, Korea). Keep themselves busy!!

¡Este es el primer sencillo en dos años con su sello independiente Watax!

“Weak People Fuckin’ PC Place” es una pieza que la banda ha tocado en ocasiones durante más de 15 años, con un ritmo punk de medio tiempo. Como su título dice claramente, ¡hay que derribar a quienes disfrutan calumniando a los demás! ¡Y como segunda canción, está incluida “SNS Idiots“, un tema instrumental de órgano con funk y reggae temprano!

Oi-SKALL MATES es una banda de PUNK/SKA que se formó alrededor de 1996, por miembros amantes de The SKA FLAMES de Japón y BAD MANNERS de Inglaterra.
No sólo por la calidad de la música, sino también por el entretenimiento que lo provocan sus presentaciones, ha hecho posible adquirir espectadores de diversas edades desde niños hasta adultos.
Se ha colaborado con las bandas inesperadas para los fanes, por lo cual se hace visible la forma abierta de este grupo que va en contra de las convenciones.

Hasta la actualidad, Oi-SKALL MATES ha publicado 5 albums completos (incluyendo el set de dos mini-albums), discos vinyl de 7 pulgadas, albums-split, obras de compilación, etc.
Desde su formación hasta el día de hoy, ¡la banda está activa presentando en diversos espacios como “fiesta de boda”, “live house nacional y extranjero”, “festivales” y “tours en el extranjero (Estados Unidos, México y Corea del Sur)”!
